About Us
About Us
Founded in 2020 by a group of six seniors from the Law & Public Policy program at Towson High School, THSMUNC I took place on April 17, 2021. Our mission is to create a welcoming and professional conference that will foster formative debate and help all who attend grow as speakers, diplomats, and leaders. We strive to provide the highest-quality Model UN experience for our delegates, and to help them to form meaningful memories that will last for years to come.
THSMUNC III is open to any high school student interested in debate, collaboration, and FUN! No prior Model UN experience is required, but we do ask that new delegates take part in our Novice Committees. Registration must be done by an adult advisor for your school - individual delegates may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
All delegates must be enrolled in a US High School for the current school year.
In order to maintain our professional atmosphere, delegates will be expected to dress in full Western Business Attire (WBA) for the entire conference. Unprofessional attire such as hoodies, see-through fabric, or hats will not be allowed.
