Sample of a 5-Day Work Week | 5 Days of Duty (9.5 Hours per Shift) + 1 RDO (Rest Day) + 1 FDO (Free Day)

Forfeited Free Day - A leave without pay in which the Free day is not paid if the employee incurs 3 or more AWOL infraction or leave without pay for that work-week.
Time Entries - All employees are required to clock in and clock out near their work areas.
Clock in and out before and after the start or end of your shift.
Failure to clock in and/or clock out is considered AWOL and shall be subject to corresponding salary deductions.
Overtime - Minimum of 1 hour shall be filed and approved. This is entitled only for Rank and File employees.
Overtime (Holiday) - Holidays (holiday premiums) are also applied on SAP ESS as overtime.
Sample 1: June 12, 2023 is a regular holiday (Independence Day). Your shift is 0600-1400. Overtime (Holiday) application must be 0600-1400 to qualify for an 8-hr overtime.
Sample 2: June 12, 2023 is a regular holiday (Independence Day). Your shift is 2200-0600. Overtime (Holiday) application must be 2200-0600 to qualify for an 8-hr overtime. Holiday OT will depend on your duty prior holiday due to the midnight rule. If your RDO on June 11, you will be paid total of 2hours (June 12, 2200-2400)
Important Notes:
Unresolved time records more than 30 days will be permanent.
Time entry applications should be in MILITARY TIME format.

VL and SL credit earning is attendance based and accrued each month.
Employees with at least 12-days actual attendance is entitled to earn at a rate of 1.25 days or 10 hours.
All VLs are not convertible to cash but 10-days unused can be carried over the following year
Unused SLs are convertible to cash and paid out within the first quarter of the succeeding year
EXCUSED ABSENCE W/O PAY
Is an exception to which an employee has used up all credits for the calendar year.
Also applicable to Probationary employees.
