Benefit shall be availed at a Medicard accredited Hospital and accredited Physician.
Reimbursement processing of claims will take 15 days from receipt of complete documents if availed through a non-accredited Hospital or Physician.
All approved Reimbursement shall be credited to Employee's Disbursement card.

Occupational Health Team Schedules
In case of death of an immediate family member, a funeral loan of up to Php 50,000.00 may be granted, subject to the approval of the department head
In case of death of a regular employee, bereavement assistance of Php 50,000.00 will be given to the deceased employee’s designated beneficiaries declared in his/her HR form
Once regularized, employee will be given 30 days to voluntarily enroll for Damayan Mutual Aid Program
Employee may enroll up to maximum of five (5) immediate family members/dependents
Change and/or additional in dependent/s may only be allowed if due to marriage, gave birth, annulment or adoption and the likes
In case of death of a regular employee, Php100.00 will be deducted to all member’s salary.
In case of death of an eligible dependent, Php25.00 will be deducted to all member’s salary
Filing of claim must be within forty-five (45) days from the date of death.
Employee has paid at least 3 monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of his/her sickness or injury
Employee is unable to work due to sickness or injury and confined either in a hospital or at home for at least 4 days
Employee has used up all company sick leaves with pay
Employee has notified HR department regarding his/her sickness
Female employee has paid at least 3 monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her delivery/miscarriage
Employee has duly notified SSS of her pregnancy through her employer

Employees’ Compensation (EC) Program aims to assist workers who suffer work-related sickness or injury resulting in temporary/permanent disability or death
All SSS-registered employers and their employees are compulsorily covered under the program
Variable compensation depending on nature and extent of injury
Sickness, injury, or death is work-connected
SSS is duly notified of such sickness, injury or death
A cash loan granted to employees with at least 36 posted monthly contributions, 6 of which should be within the last 12 months prior to the month of filing of application
Employee must have 36 posted monthly contributions for a 1-month loan and 72 posted monthly contributions for a 2-month loan
Employee must be under 65 years old at the time of application and updated in payment of contributions
Loanable Amount
24 - 59 months - Up to 60% of Total Accumulated Value
60 – 119 months - Up to 70% of Total Accumulated Value
At least 120 months - Up to 80% of Total Accumulated Value
Employee must have made at least 24 monthly contributions, 5 of which should be in the last 6 months prior to the date of application
If with an existing housing loan, MPL, and/or calamity loan, the account(s) must not be in default prior to loan application
Employee must have made at least 9 monthly contributions within 12 months period prior to the month of availment
These benefits are paid to the accredited Health Care Institution (HCI), hospital, or facility
For in-patient benefits, the amount shall be deducted by the HCI from the member’s total bill prior to discharge
