Attending conferences, seminars and flex days were the avenues to meet minimum requirements for fulltime teaching.

I have taken various @One classes including POCR and working to obtain certification on Online Teaching & Design and Advanced Certificate in Online Teaching Principles. These classes are really helping me to design my classes better and prepare me to assist my students to my full ability.

Through participation in online math instructor forum, I am keeping abreast with issues developing in online education. I am planning to attend various annual conferences to learn about new tools that can help me to support my students.
