Classroom Rules
Be Prepared: Come to class on time with all of your materials. Follow directions the first time they are given.
Be Respectful: Treat others with respect and listen to the speaker.
Be Safe: Pay attention to your surroundings and use all materials in a safe manner.
Be a Problem Solver: Ask three before me and use your resources to solve a problem.
Tardy/Absent Policy
Tardies are detrimental to student learning as students miss important opening lessons and ideas. Please ensure that you come in on time everyday. Students who arrive after the bell will receive a lunch detention after their first warning. Students who are absent are responsible for catching up with missing work. Students have the number of days they were absent to make up work.
Grading Policy
This elective is a Pass/No Pass course. Most assignments will be completed in class and students are expected to actively participate. Students must maintain at least a 60% to receive a passing grade. Please monitor your progress on Infinite Campus.
