The Arlington DIGs are and outgrowth of the Arlington Diversity Task Group. They include parent led groups at each school, and a student led group at AHS with a teacher mentor.

The mission of Thompson DIG is to collaborate with parents, students and staff of the Thompson Elementary School to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in our community toward creating a safe and welcoming learning space for all our children and their respective families, inclusive of all identities.
