Welcome! This page highlights my journey in product management, where I've worn a few hats—strategist, collaborator, customer advocate, and problem-solver.
At Ivanti, I served as the Product Manager for Einstein AI for Salesforce, leading cross-functional efforts to bring intelligent automation into CRM workflows. From gathering business requirements and shaping feature roadmaps to collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Enablement teams, I worked to ensure AI tools actually delivered value—not just buzzwords.
Before that, at Capella University, I managed digital learning products and led the design of course experiences used by thousands of adult learners. Working in higher ed taught me how to prioritize usability, accessibility, and learner outcomes—skills that translate beautifully into any user-centered product environment.
In both roles, I’ve been passionate about aligning technology with human needs. Whether I’m launching a new AI-powered feature or improving a digital course interface, my goal is always the same: build things that make people’s lives easier, clearer, and better.

This artifact is a curated collection of tailored prompt templates designed to guide the effective use of ChatGPT in professional contexts. The prompts are role-based—such as Recruiter, Career Counselor, Product Interviewer, Talent Coach, and more—each structured to deliver relevant, actionable output from the AI tool.
These prompt templates enable users to:
Simulate interviews and recruiting scenarios
Receive career advice or communication coaching
Generate sales outreach, technical documentation, or enablement assets
Improve productivity and decision-making using AI as a partner
As an AI Product Manager at Ivanti, I focused on bridging business problems with AI solutions that were both scalable and user-friendly. This prompt library was a hands-on tool that helped teams across departments—Sales, Enablement, HR, and Support—unlock the value of generative AI without needing to be AI experts.
By proactively designing and distributing these prompts:
I reduced the learning curve for non-technical users
Accelerated experimentation and adoption of AI
Helped gather feedback on real-world usage to inform future product requirements
Showcased the practical ROI of AI tools, reinforcing our investment in technologies like ChatGPT and Einstein AI
This kind of enablement resource is critical in any AI product strategy—it drives usage, builds trust, and helps ensure that powerful tools are used in the right way, by the right people, at the right time.
