My career has taken me through the worlds of corporate training, eLearning development, and product enablement, where I've led initiatives to support internal teams, onboard customers, and prepare partners for success. From scalable online courses and interactive product walkthroughs to documentation and enablement strategies, my focus is always on creating meaningful, user-centered content that delivers real value.

I thrive in cross-functional spaces—collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, marketers, and sales teams to build learning solutions that align with business goals. I work with tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms like Canvas and Moodle, but what truly drives my work is strategy, clarity, and a deep empathy for learners.
