Initial Reflection

I am taking this class for a science credit for general ed. Though I am interested in this class for several reasons other than just general ed. The ocean has always fascinated me from its vastness to the small fish. Sea World was a staple in my family growing up and that has definitely contributed to me finding the ocean to be one of God's most beautiful creations. I also really enjoyed my geology class in HS, mostly because I had an awesome teacher (I have a hunch Dr. Cooper is just as awesome), so I figuerd this class would be like an ocean based geology.
