Crystal Baker
Crystal Baker
Crystal Baker joined the faculty at De Chantal in 2024. A native of New York City, she has called the D.C. Metro area home for over ten years, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Crystal holds a Master's degree in Childhood Education and has over ten years of experience teaching in a wide range of capacities to ages preschool to middle school. She is passionate about creating fun and engaging learning experiences for her students. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.
Meghan Urgo
Meghan Urgo
Meghan received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from SUNY Cortland in New York State. She went on to get her masters degree in literacy education.
Meghan grew up in New York State. She moved to Maryland ten years ago. She lives with her husband and two daughters.
She has spent the last twenty years teaching and has worked at the preschool and elementary school level.
She joined the De Chantal team part-time last year and is excited to be full-time this year. She is passionate about teaching and loves to share her love of learning with her students.
