Submission and presentation guidelines

Important points to consider for oral and poster presentations:

1. The language used will be English.
2. We encourage the use of simple and broad language considering a multidisciplinary audience.
3. Although your research may be based elsewhere, please try to relate its results or implications to issues that might be relevant to the Chilean context.
4. We will reimburse up to £100 for traveling tickets if you travel from outside the UK, upon acceptance of bursary application.
5. We will reimburse up to £60 for traveling tickets if you travel from inside the UK, upon acceptance of bursary application.

Poster presentation: Posters will be exhibited during the inaugural wine reception on the 22 nd of February.

Oral presentation: Presentation of 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions. The use of ppt or another audio-visual support is optional but encouraged. Presentations will take place on the 23 rd of February.
