Emily is an experienced primary school educator and leader who simply loves her job.

She believes in meaningful and empowering learning experiences for children, with her educational practice grounded in constructivism, real experiences and developing children's inquiry mindsets.  

She founded Think Again to enable teachers in classrooms to to see themselves as reflective practitioners with expertise worth sharing, and to come together to rethink what school could look like.

After more than 3 decades in education, Luisa still loves helping children learn and grow. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, Languages teacher, and now as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader. These experiences have strengthened her belief that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported to flourish.

Luisa is passionate about helping children become happy, curious learners. She is committed to a multi-age, open-plan learning environment that values collaboration, inquiry, and strong relationships, recognising that every child learns differently. By encouraging students to ask questions, think critically, embrace challenges, and celebrate progress, she strives to build confident learners who enjoy learning and thrive.

Georgia is a passionate educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience in both London and Melbourne. Her current role combines teaching a Year 4–6 class with leading Disability Inclusion across the school, allowing her to remain grounded in day-to-day classroom practice while supporting whole-school improvement through her leadership.

Georgia is currently completing a Master of Learning Intervention at the University of Melbourne, following postgraduate studies in Learning Difficulties and Instructional Leadership. She is committed to bridging research and classroom practice, with a particular interest in creating inclusive and responsive learning environments that create opportunities for students to thrive.
