Rules

 Be respectful towards each other! We want to provide a fun and enjoyable environment for our Members and Admins alike to play this ARPG. Please avoid aggressive and offensive Language while interacting with others. 

If you are being harassed in connection with the game, please send our Admins a note with proof of what happened. Please do not report disputes you are not involved in. This only causes confusion and will further the spread of misinformation. 

Racism, bullying, discrimination and generally any kind of intentional offensive and ugly behavior will not be tolerated and can result in a warning, or if grossly offensive, an outright ban. If you are banned from the group your characters will be frozen and are unable to be sold, used or bred.

 If you move accounts or change your username make sure to inform the group! In these cases, please send us a link to your old and your new account/let us know your old name and your new one, so we know what your active username will be so no further complications arise for your experience of the game regarding your inventory, genos and future characters.

We do not accept any form of plagiarized, stolen, traced or copied artworks. NSFW content is only allowed when properly censored with a filter. Any form of art and literature including the following themes are not allowed in this group and should be avoided: 

Politically charged content, racism, illegal content, pornography, excessive violence and anything targeted towards any specific player/person. If you use any form of reference that is visible through your art you need to credit your sources and please restrain from openly copying the art of others without their permission. 

Make sure your art is properly posted on deviantArt to be counted in the group. We do not count art only provided through DA sta.sh. You can freely submit art from your scraps but they need to be accessible to others.

Art Fight Rules:

If you plan to joining art fight with a croc you need to provide a ref-sheet and link back to the uploaded croc.
For the art to count in your trackers it will need to be uploaded to devainart. 

Please contact our admin team only through the official channels, this means:

 Our group notes, the Q&A Journal and the Admin #help-question channel in our Discord. Please refrain from contacting our admins on their private Accounts on DA and Discord. 

Discord Rules:
When asking about design questions, admins cannot say yes or no on how something looks like. This will be judge for everyone during the design approval process.

What admins can say yes on its IP counting, art (Trainings, Ars ect...), Import Modifications.

When you resell a Slot to a Croc, reply to the slot allowance comment with the name of the new person owning the slot now. You cannot sell slots to a  Croc that is not officially trained yet. Only exception is if the payment of the slot is completing the last training.

Admins will not normally be regulating sales, the only two exceptions are:

•  When you finished a payment and did not receive your traded good within an acceptable time frame (more than a week).

•  or if the other person intentionally scams you.

In these cases admins will step in to ensure both parties are treated fairly, and the deal will be meditated. 

Raffled Crocs

• Raffled crocs will be marked (R00) 

• Raffled crocs cannot be re-birthed due to be either custom hand drawn base that is not an import or mistakes within the design itself. This is due to each raffle croc being one of a kind and could have one of a kind trait looks or errors. The can be modded however. 

• Raffled croc can be gifted, traded, or sold.

• Incase an Admin has won a raffle another winner will be rolled and the prize will be adjusted based on the raffle.

• Import Raffles - Winners of import raffles, must skip an import raffle if they have won previously.

• We will not be tolerating or encourage and will be adding this to the Crocs rules. As a reminder for everyone here, rng based raffles are not always fair to everyone and phrases such as "I never win anything" or "I guess i'm never gonna win something" aren't something we want to see in chat, as they can come across as a form of begging or guilt tripping. Please remember that not everyone will be rolled and if you don't win anything from the raffles, there will always be other opportunities to receive something
