Luminescent- nLu/LULU (Rare)

Luminescent is a marking that creates its own glowing marking.

In non-dom form creates spots or tear shaped luminescent marks, it can appear in all zones but only fully cover two zones. 

In dom form this marking creates free formed natural shapes and can appear in all zones but only fully cover two zones.

The center on the marking is always lighter then the base color of white with a soft edged color glow around it.
