Maned

Maned is a mutation which causes extra fur growth either around the neck or along the back.

Maned will be affected by markings that touch it. Maned can be lighter or darker then the base coat but must derive its color from the base coat color and lay under all markings since this is not a true marking.

Manes are not free to choose unless the croc is a first generation line. (As in neither parents have manes)

If either of a croc's parents have manes you have to choose your mane type from the mane types found on the croc's parents. If only one parent has a mane, you must choose that parent's mane type.

Maneless Parent x Maned (Lion) Parent

Pup will have Lion Mane if the mutation passes.

Maned (Lion) Parent x Maned (Dorasal) Parent

You will need to choose which mane type the pup will inherit if the mutation passes.
