Feathered

The Feathered mutation turns the croc's short body fluff into feathers.

Feathers and scales can be mixed together.

The feathered mutation does not get affected by the maned mutation but we do encourage you to mod your croc if it possesses the mutation. In this case the mane will need to resemble feathers.

The Feathered mutation has a free ear set which allows you to choose the ears your croc inherited or the free ear that comes with the feathered base.

All furred/mane/ear traits are still passable if not shown on the feathered croc.

When referring the the feathers it is the dark gray feathers on top of the head, on the arms and tail.

Feathers will be effected by the marking it touches. Feathers can be lighter or darker then the base coat but must deprives from the base coat color and lay under all markings since this is not a true marking.

Feathers may displays a very simple pattern for example tipped or a single spot that is deprived from the feathers base color. can be lighter or dark.

Markings that can color fins without touching them Crested, Mask, Iridescent. They will follow the markings rules, if the croc does not have these markings then it will follow the feather rules.
