Border is an outlining gene that 'sticks' to other genes, creating a lighter or darker border/halo that allows soft-edged marks to have a hard edge. Border can be blended into a marking but the outer edge must remain hard or soft. Border does not affect free markings or Min Black and White.
In it's non-dom form it can affect one marking
In it's dom form can affect up to two markings
If no marking is present it will follow the points outlining the body.
Border cannot affect the following genes: Min Black and White, All free markings, Mist, Roan
