Video Editing 101
Course Description
Transform your creativity into cinematic magic with our Video Editing workshop. Participants will master essential video production skills, from professional camera techniques like the Rule of Thirds and lighting setups to advanced editing skills, including seamless transitions, color grading, and sound design. Students will explore creative storytelling, focusing on comedic timing and narrative development, as they craft two unique projects: “Things I Like”, an upbeat, playful video, and “Things I Don’t Like”, a dramatically comedic satire. Using just a smartphone and VSDC Video Editor, participants will gain technical expertise, sharpen their storytelling abilities, and leave with two polished projects ready to impress.
