One Pot Cooking
Course Description
This hands-on experience will teach the essentials of meal preparation from scratch (no packaged or processed goods!) and spotlights a primary cooking skill in the art of one-pot cooking—minimizing cleanup.
In this course, we'll be covering:
Kitchen Cleanliness: Develop safe and hygienic practices
Tool Mastery: Learn to handle kitchen tools with confidence
Ingredient Selection: Choose the freshest and most flavorful components
Delicious Recipes: Create simple, affordable and delicious meals
Materials Fee
There is an extra materials fee of $50 to cover the cost of the food and equipment.
Students can enjoy the food they make during class and take any leftovers home! At the end of class, students also get to keep their pot and ladle!
