· Student's formal passport size image (JPEG files that do not exceed 2MB. The photo should be of the ‘standard’ passport size of 35 x 45 mm.)
· Passport copy – ID page and address page – a clean view of both pages is required
· Final qualification - Graduation certificate (for Masters); 12th passing certificate (for Bachelor's)
· Educational documents (as applicable) - Mark sheets for each semester/year for Bachelors, Diploma certificate, Mark sheets for each semester/year for Diploma, 12th passing certificate, Mark sheet for 12th exam, 10th passing certificate, Mark sheet for 10th exam
· IELTS certificate, proficiency of 6.0 and above, with speaking no less than 6.0, and all other band 5.5
· Other documents, in the order specified - Motivation letter ( a one-pager giving out a brief introduction about the student, the motivation behind choosing the course, reasons why the student has chosen to apply to the chosen programme, what the student expects to gain from the studies, reasons why his/her educational and professional background make the student a suitable candidate, and how the programme will help the student to achieve his/her goals), CV (a comprehensive account of the student's education, qualifications, and previous occupations), Work experience (letters showing internship and other professional experience from the employer).

Other charges:-
Registration Fee € 105.00 (includes AIC processing charges. This is only charged once the documents are verified, an eligibility check is done, the file is ready to be processed and the initial interview with us takes place. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable charge.)
Application fee for each course: € 150.00 (This is a one-time, non-refundable fee)
Refundable security deposit : € 500.00, one time (to be paid in full along with the tuition fee for first year, refunded upon request after graduation.)
Service Charge € 1000.00 (We only charge this once the visa is granted, and includes pre-departure and post arrival facilities, pick up from the airport (to be advised 48 hours prior to departure), assistance in arranging accommodation, facilitation at VFS, 02 days optional preparatory classes for Embassy interview, assistance towards processing of TRP)
