5. Documents Required to apply for admissions :-

• Copy of passport

• 2 passport size photos

• Educational certificates’ copies:

• Proof of English language proficiency, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson Test, or equivalents copy

• CV in English

• Filled online application form

• Proof of payment of 255 EUR applications fee (non-refundable) for international students

Before coming to Croatia, you should apply for the academic recognition of your previous education.

6. Admission Process of Students in easy steps:-

STEP 1:- Apply online

STEP 2:- Submit documents

STEP 3:- Take the entrance exam & interview an online interview will be conducted with candidates in order to determine their motivation. The entrance exam will be held in May, July and September online. Candidates for study programs in Applied Computer Engineering and Digital Marketing will take an entrance exam in Mathematics and English language. Candidates for study programs in Arts will take an entrance exam in Drawing and Visual Communications Design and English language. Upon successful completion of the interview and entrance exam, candidates will receive a conditional offer letter as a confirmation of acceptance to the study program.

STEP 4:- Make tuition fee payment the tuition fee is payable in Croatian kuna (HRK). An invoice for the tuition fee will be sent separately upon successful completion of the entrance exam and interview. 70% of the tuition fee should be paid in advance and it can be paid in EUR. On reception of this payment, the university will issue the Acceptance Letter which is required to apply for the visa. Once the visa is approved, the remaining 30% of the tuition fee should be paid before the candidate joins the program.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISA APPLICATION:-

· Visa application

· 35x45 mm color photo

· evidence of travel insurance for min 30 days up to the amount of 30.000 EUR

· proof of accommodation

· Invitation letter from the University (we send it after students finish the admission and make payment of the 70% of the first annual tuition)

· proof of means of subsistence to cover the stay in Croatia (around 2000 EUR annually)
