The interface of EasyVSL is fairly basic and isn't as modern and cutting edge as some of the software systems I've reviewed but actually this is something which makes it easy to use as there are not a whole ream of features which can often make systems cluttered and confusing.

The copy and paste AI led system is one of the key selling points of Easy VSL and I really like this, it's also very straight forward to understand and relatively clear how to use the system from the word go.

Vidnami uses a fairly common timeline style design system with mainly drag-and-drop style operation when building up videos.

Where it comes into its own though is through its AI tech which is outstanding in matching up your script with images and video clips when needed, this often needs a bit of tweaking to iron out any slight discrepencies but it gives you instanlty a solid base to work from and take so much of the manual work out of the job!

As Vidnami supports so many formats of videos its a real all-rounder, it's great for many types of users (think affiliate marketers, product owners etc) and this can all be done with a few clicks so it really is the definition of user friendly!

There are two main negatives that I have come across when testing EasyVSL these are as follows:

• Firstly, the videos that you can produce, there is no denying these are highly effective in terms of helping to sell your product and service above just a traditional text-based sales page and this is backed up by the testimonials from some big sellers on the sales page, however I do feel the final videos you can produce are a little 'basic' in terms of their look and feel, sometimes less is more but in today's ever-advancing digital world I do feel EasyVSL videos look, at times a little dated.

• The second negative I have with EasyVSL is the lack of a free trial option. This is quite standard across similar software packages but one isn't available here, you have to sign up to a pay monthly or annual payment plan to test out the system, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee though so that is something!

Those are the two main negatives I found with Easy VSL, neither are huge deal-breakers but mainly due to the slightly dated videos

Being honest there are not too many negatives that I've come across with Vidnami to date, it's easy to use, well made and reasonably priced which all make it a very positive option!

If I was being picky perhaps a slight negative to Vidnami is the fact it does so much! sometimes software that tries to do many things can lose its identity and to an extent there is some truth to this with one or two of the features in the platform unnecesarry and I found I never used them.

Having said the above though I don't feel this detracts from the key features so it's hard to mark Vidnami down for this too much!

So a strong all-round package with limited faults, this means...

EasyVSL offer a support email address as their primary method of contact, I used this once and did receive a fairly timely response (within 48 hours) so this represents decent enough service.

I have not been able to locate any sort of telephone number or live chat option neither is there any additional support articles or help content placed obviously on the EasyVSL homepage.

In addition to this, there is also a very good help center which contains good content on how to use the system and also answers a number of FAQ's.
