Trensicourt was nothing more than a small fishing village that would travel all the way to the river before returning the next day. It wasn’t until after the Holy War ended in the Year 52 of Lyria that the people of the Village came together under the Guidance of a Wizard name Lizralda Cinder. She was a Wizard that wasn’t at the final battle but saw the end of Fealtys war as a chance to create a good home for the men suffering from the war. They came together and agreed to a Monarchy system in which Lizralda’s children would take over after her. A Female Monarchy had begun in which the firstborn Daughter of the Queen would always become the new Queen. This Kingdom was formed with only 100 people at the time. Lizralda was the founder of Trensicourt and created the magical defenses that allowed them to flourish without fear of being attacked by others. This peace however brewed boredom which eventually lead to the fight Culture that Trensicourt has today. The official sport of Fighting each other in games began when the Olympic Knights were formed. The Olympic Knights were Knights that were created to honor the death of Lizralda from old age, they absorbed her magical talents and split them amongst each other. Each attribute of hers translated differently. These Olympic Knights used these newfound powers to leave Tresnicourt and fight savages outside their land. This inspired the people to fight each other, as a way of pretending that they themselves were the Olympic Knights. A dual culture was formed as half the population wanted to honor Lizralda by being warriors and the other half, those who loved Lizralda’s daughter, the new queen, respected her intelligent demeanor and focused on having innovation and deeper knowledge on the lore of the world. The fighting Culture had the Olympic Knights as their symbol, and so the Academy society granted their symbol to be the Beyonder Warforge that wanted to help named Gideon Supreme. He adopted the Libraries of the Kingdom and created lower copies of himself to further spread the rich Knowledge of this land and ensure complete peace. After all this time, Allison Cinder is now the Chancellor of Trensicourt and she serves under our glorious Emperor Maldor.

Dragons were created by Salina along with Humans from day 1 although the number ratio was quite different. Salina started the world with a 1000 humans and only 2 Dragons. These two dragons would come to be known as Ryuu and Jelavi. A fire and Ice Dragon. A pregnant dragon will lay its egg within 2 weeks after a special love session known as the Dragon Dance. Once the egg is laid, it can take anywhere between a week to a few months for it to hatch. It depends on the amount of love its owner gives it. The more love an egg receives from its owners, the longer it will take them to hatch but the more powerful it will be. As of now only three races of Dragons exist. Fire, Ice, and Poison. Ryuu and Jelavi conceived a 100 children before taking official land for themselves among the mountains. They used to live in the Seven Vales, where the Amar Kabul presently live. In Year 7, Ryuu took it upon himself to visit a human colony within the lands of Wodan. He made a truce with them establishing the first Peace Clause between Dragons and Humans. The Humans and Dragons agreed to stay in the Seven Vales while the Humans remain on their land. This peace lasted for three years until the Dragon Daxianoius refused an order given by Ryuu and flew into the human land to save a woman from a comet hitting them and killing them. This woman turned out to be the mother of the Famous Wizard Galloran who ended the Holy War. The humans were angered by the Dragon trespassing. They used it as an excuse to kill an injured Daxianoius. This leads to Galloran getting the Dragon stone transmutation. The first and only time in history of Lyria this has ever happened successfully.

After this event, Ryuu kept the dragons out of human business. The humans dared not try to attack them in the Seven Vales. Things seem to be peaceful for the Dragons until the Holy War began. Zyra declared war on Fealty, demanding that the Gods stay out of Humans business. Fealty was enraged as he needed Humans to worship him to be powerful. The two armies fought looking for anyway to win. This lead the era of Dragon hunting. Both sides entered the Seven Vales and hunted down dragons to try to use their Dragon stones. It never worked but they hunted them anyway. Ryuu and his three firstborn children quickly realized that they were weak to magic and did not know how to fight it.

Eventually the Dragons were pushed to the brink of extinction during this Holy War. A Holy War that went on from the Year 40 of Lyria until the Year 52 of Lyria. Towards the end of the war…the Goddess Salina offered sanctuary to the Dragons as Fealty was preparing to wipe them out. They left and were summoned to a Volcano island created in the clouds by Salina. Only a few dozens of Dragons remained alive at that point, the three Firstborn Dragons as well. Ryuu promised Salina that they would never fly down from the clouds.

The Dragons kept their words and remained in the clouds gone…Until they decided to fly down to the great Trensicourt and wage war on us for nothing. But…What happened In the war of Trensicourt vs Dragons will be covered in the next lesson.

In History there have been dozens of different holders of the Olympic Knight Title. It was once a designation that earned an immediate audience with the Queen but its status is not what it once was as Trensicourt is in a time of peace and there is no war going on. That being said...There is still much to learn of them.

The 13 Olympic Knights were created to Honor Lizralda and protect the peace but were Fundamental during the Smiling Civil War of 523 or the War Against Dragons during the reign of Emilia Cinder. However that will be covered in another class. Today I will be teaching the abilities and requirements to become a Specific Olympic Knight.

The Rage Knight- This Knight is given a glove that gives them immense strength and power in their body motions. In order to carry this title, you must rip off the head of any opponent you face with your bare hands. And the Title can never be passed to anyone but the one who kills the Rage Knight.

The Morning Knight- Known as the Shining Beacon of Trensicourt. Has a belt that allows the holder to grow in size to nearly 11 feet tall. To be the Morning Knight, you must be appointed by him and take an oath to forever maintain the Hope and Future of Trensicourt.

The Protean Knight- Known as the only Olympic Knight with no special equipment but also known to be the only to never die in combat. The Queen herself must select who the Protean Knight is.

The Fear Knight- Carries a ring that shoots out a gas that will make anyonr nearby see their worst nightmares. Often the Fear Knight is the Enforcer of the Royal Police. Many dislike the Fear Knight as the Identity of a Holder of the Fear Knight has never been made public knowledge.

The Hearth Knight- Wears an Earing that allows his entire body and weapons to be covered in Crimson fire. Known to always stand up for the minority but has time and time again lost their battles in a spectacular fashion.

The Hearth Knight is chosen randomly by the earing.

The Death Knight- Their sword is enchanted with Necro Energy. Able to bring those the sword kills back to life as Undead warriors. Is the General of the Trensicourt Military. The Death Knight is said to have never died once in these past centuries.

The Love Knight- Power applied by lipstick, as the Knight who wears it is able to convince others of anything. To calm them down. The Love Knight is appointed by the Knight but the title has always gone to a woman for respect to Lizralda. Known to often help calm down Dragon Prisoners in the Collosieum.

The Storm Knight- Wears an Eyepatch that allows the holder to control the weather. Always known to be the Knight first in to a bad situation. This title is only given to whoever kills the Storm Knight and takes the Eyepatch.

The Cloud Knight- Known to be the Fastest of the Knights, wears boots that allow them to run at the speed of sound. Known to never take anything serious, rarely invovled in any bad situations.

The Wind Knight- Many consider this Knight a myth as nobody in recorded history has seen the Wind Knight. Some claim its the Wind of Lizralda. Not much is known officially.

The Truth Knight- The Second Designated Female Olympic Knight however there is no official requirement for it. The Truth Knight carries a lasso that they can wrap around someone and force them to tell the truth. The Truth Knight is often the only to keep the people treated fairly by keeping the nobles honest. The Truth Knight of today lost their husband and has refused to pass the title. She has gone into hiding.

The Joy Knight- Wears a Necklace that makes anyone they look at smile and be happy. Often the Knight remaining close to the Queen to keep the peace. The title is given to whoever the people vote to be the most likeable person.

The Shadow Knight- Not much is known other than his power. Able to turn into shadows but its unknown how. Said to only appear when it is time for an Olympic Knight to die. Many claim the Shadow Knight is not real...

Trensicourt was formed in the Year 52 of Lyria. Established Lizralda Cinder as many of you already know. However this formation was not a clean one. Many believed a woman had no right ruling a Kingdom, let alone one that practiced the very magic that killed many others during the Holy War. Many flocked to her support because of her power and kindness but there were groups that opposed her. The largest being the Red Oath Brothers. They were of the few groups in Lyria who prided themselves as Wizard Hunters. Skilled in killing those who used Magic, they posed a threat to Trensicourt from the very beginning. Many died on both sides…However in the end the Red Oath brothers took advantage of Lizralda weakening herself to save thousands of from a comet that was hurling its way straight towards Trensicourt. The Red Oath brothers managed to break through all her defenses and had the chance to kill her but…The Leader of the Red Oath brothers Vinol, gazed into her eyes and knew that he couldn’t kill her. He fell in love with her. The masses believed that Vinol would marry Lizralda and he would be King when he offered his hand to her and helped her to her feet. This belief…Ended as Lizralda smiled and killed Vinol with a single kiss. He turned to dust…With that she gathered for a spell to control the Red Oath brothers. From then on everyone knew not to mess with Lizralda. She never married or took a mate. Many state that her actions brought upon the Cinder Curse. No Cinder Woman has ever died before her lover in the History of Lyria.

Lizralda ruled over Trensicourt and developed a strong culture of magic and knowledge. Trensicourt was setup in a Matriarchy in which the Queen has final say on all matters. Then Queen may appoint a council…Which has happened before…But there is no requirement for it. Lizralda died at the age of 102 of Old Age. When she died, she had no children, so her younger Brother Bran became King however he pledged that his Daughter would become Queen and he would step down once she came of age. Many were enraged by this and soon a civil war started. Between the Moderates and the Radicals, the Moderates declaring that King Bran would honor his word and the Radicals stating the King should be castrated to ensure he doesn’t have any sons. The Civil War resulted in thousands of death over 17 years until finally The Olympic Knights stepped in, they were created by King Bran’s order to use his sisters corpse to absorb her powers into their armor. The 12 Olympic Knights at the time were all friends of King Bran. The Civil War ended and a peace was finally reached. King Bran was able to enjoy a year of peace before his Wife died of a disease. Upon her death…Bran mourned her…Until his daughter Mary Cinder, killed her father by slitting his throat over her dead mothers body. She believed this was the best way to ensure she became Queen and the people needed this. Mary became Queen, King Bran died. And Trensicourt was never without a Queen again. Samantha’s rule was quite different from Lizralda, she enjoyed the sport of fights, allowing the Olympic Knights to thrive and create sports for people to enjoy watching.

Over the 768 Years of Trensicourt, there have been a total of 8 Queens as the Magical Medicine of Trensicourt has advanced thoroughly and the average lifespan of the Queen of Trensicourt is now 150 years old. Each Queen has been given a nickname that signifies the kind of Queen they were during their reign.

Lizralda Cinder was the first Queen and was known as “The Gentle Ruler”. Always kind but always ruled above all.

King Bran although not a Queen was known as “The King Who Craved Death” for under his reign 2800 citizens died over a fight to decide who would rule

Mary Cinder the Second Queen was known as “The Bloody Queen” For she endorsed sports and combat in the Kingdom and often took part in them herself.

Veralia Cinder the third Queen was known as “The Queen of Thorns” Was the Queen that focused more on nature than much else. Improved the nature quality but never lifted a finger unless it was to kill any who opposed her.

Michonne Cinder was the fourth Queen and was known as “The Queen of Bastards” Adopted a massive scaled Orphanage system and outlawed the concept bastards of Trensicourt. Rumors circulated that Michonne was born out of an Affair Veralia had with her Queensguard but these rumors were never proven.

Emilia Cinder was the fifth Queen and was known as “The Queen of Immortality”. Not much is known of her first Husband other than him dying of a cold but Emilia loved him very much. She infamously took Maldor as her second Husband. Emilia was said to steer the war against Dragons and managed to single handidly enslave all the Dragons at the end of the war and use them for the benefit of Trensicourt. Emilia was said to be killed but always come back. In the end…She died not by another hand but by her own. Maldor, so angered by her death, decided to leave Trensicourt although our Glorious Emperor would one day return.

Rosamyl Cinder was the 6th Queen and was known as “The Queen of Dragons”. Took advantage of Emilia’s success and created a era in Trensicourt in which dragons are used for entertainment among other things. Brought back Dragonslayers. Was unable to bear a child and in desperation hatched the Golden Seed left to the Cinder family left by Maldor to her, as she is a child to Emilia and Maldor. Rosamyl, upon realizing the child was a boy whom she named Galloran, decided to adopt a girl instead and dumped the Golden Seed boy onto the streets of Trensicourt.

Violet Cinder was the 7th Queen and was known as “The Queen Who Ran Away”. Many judged her from the beginning as Violet was adopted since Rosamyl could not bear children, however a procedure was done to infuse Rosamyl’s blood into Violet. Violet was a child as her Aunt ran the Kingdom until she came of age. She would roam the streets and get into trouble with Galloran. When Violet came of age, she became Queen but broke centuries of Tradition by marrying a man who was not royalty. She married Galloran. A man considered a disgrace. In the end…Galloran was executed for Treason to the Empire and Violet died refusing to surrender to the Emperor. Violet was known for leaving her kingdom and going on Adventures instead of actually ruling her Kingdom.

The 8th and current Queen is Allison Cinder, has been known by many as the “Queen of Sorrows.” Allison signed our loyalty pact to the Maldorian Empire. Known for forcing children to be drafted into the Military and killing the homeless and sick. A ruthless but efficient Queen.

It is well known that the God of Magic was the one to gift Humans the ability to use Magic, however today you will learn the exact history behind it as well as Edomic.

The Word Edomic was devised was invented by a man named Derrick Carpenter. During the Holy War, he witnessed Wizards fight in epic battles against the God of Faith. And he noticed that all their spells began with incantations of speech. In those days the word 'Edo' referred to the bodies that laid dead in the battlefield. Derrick took it upon himself to combine the word Edo with the word mic which was a reference to what the Zyra used to speak to his mass group of followers. A magical device that allow speech to the masses. And thus the word Edomic was created. It referfed to the language used to create these magical actions or events. In essense, Magic is the result of speaking the language Edomic.

Derrick Carpenter soon after met Lizralda Cinder. The two of them...Had a short lived love between them. During this time, Lizralda allowed Derrick Carpenter to research her to learn the secrets of Edomic. Through this research he discovered that Edomic has a foundation with three phases. Its not just yelling gibberish and getting what you want.

The first phase is perhaps the most important. Having a strong self reflection of your soul. Its been revealed that when Edomic is spoken, the Moon reflects upon your soul and decides if you are capable of handling the Power Given to us by the God of Magic long ago. If judged poorly, the Moon will burn you alive on the spot. If you pass the first phase, you will feel power flare through your body.

The second phase are the words uttered of course. Many try to find Books of Edomic phrases but never ask whete they came from in the first place. They are the words of the soul. When you think of what you want to happen, the words will erupt from out of your

.

Soul. Once you say the phrase once, you will always know the words needed to make that happen. However, this is precisely the reason notes of Edomic aren't too useful...because every soul is different. You may speak the words perfectly written down but it will not work as you intend it to or if at all. Derrick wrote about Lizralda often concerting Edomic spells into differently spells simply because she willed it so. A simple ice spell could turn into a fire depending on the intentions of the caster. You will know if you adept to Edomic if you manage to cast any spell without burning alive by the moon at this point. The words themselves can be unreliable on paper, Derrick believed that the words themselves derived from a broken down cluster of all languages combined. It carries syllables and accents of Humans, Elves, Dragonborns, Orcs and much more. It is a blended language of all races that only our souls can understand. However when it comes to races...It has been known that Edomic seems to have the strongest connection to Humans as made evident by Maldor being the strongest Edomic user in History.

The third phase is the spell taking effect. What not many know is that anytime Edomic is used, it sucks a small part of your soul as well. And you only get it back if you accomplish what you hoped for with the spell. If you were to constantly use Edomic but not achieve your goals, you begin to lose your very soul. Who you are. Before long you wont be able to use edomic. Your soul is where you contain the energy to use Edomic. It has been discovered that Edomic twists the scales of Nature around us for the casters benefit. However...The gravest thing about Edomic that has been discovered is that when it comes to the casting of a Edomic spell. There is a cause of Equal Exchange. Derrick discovered that any spell Lizralda would use, would not only cost a part of her soul...It would affect another place in the world. If she were to cast a fire spell...

A flame of equal size in another part of Lyria would go out. If she were to use her power to bring someone back to life...Another person in Lyria would drop dead. The Nature of Lyria would always balance itself out. It is well known that Lizralda Cinder could have lived an immortal life. That her power of Edomic knew no bounds. But she could not live with the fact that others would need to die for her to be immortal. She died peacefully...And history shows that it wasn't her Husband who visited her grave...It was Derrick. The Carpenter family have always had a stellar reputation in Trensicourt.

Edomic is a complex system of magic.

Phases being Reflection, Action, and Cost.

Edomic itself has been made illegal by Maldor. Any who use it without authorization by the Maldorian Empire is to be swiftly executed. This law was passed during the 3rd Year of Maldors conquest when a terrorist organization called The Wizards of Lyria attempted to kill Maldor at a Banquet, costing the lives of thousands as a Tsunami swept the entire city. Trensicourt has a special pass to study and discuss Edomic here but it cannot be used by any means. It is an unnecessary magic that has no use in our world. Not under the proection of our glorious Emperor.
