I was born in Boone, NC and moved to KY with my husband in 2016. I've been a doula for 2 years and birthed two of my own babies. One in the hospital and one at home.

When I was pregnant my second, I knew I wanted better prenatal care for that pregnancy and to avoid being run through the mill and being labeled with "gestational hypertension" again.

I didn't know who would support me or where it would all lead, but I did know in my heart that this was the path to reclaiming pregnancy & birth. I knew I wanted amazing wise woman care for myself and the women in my community.

It was a truly life changing experience, as my pregnancy and birth would have looked a lot different with the mainstream model of care.

That's why I'm here to learn and serve you in the way that you need and to be a beacon on your path to reclaiming your own power in pregnancy & birth.
