Khuddaka Nikāya Paṭisambhidāmagga Yuganaddhavagga – Mettākathā

This sutta will be a great help to correctly understand loving-kindness meditation (Mettā Bhāvanā) and to practice it in accordance with the Buddha’s teachings. It clearly explains how the liberation of the mind through loving-kindness (Mettā-citta-vimutti) is cultivated through the Five Faculties (Pañcendriya), the Five Powers (Pañcabala), the Seven Factors of Enlightenment (Sapta-bojjhaṅga), and the Noble Eightfold Path factors (Ārya-aṣṭāṅgika-mārgāṅga), as well as how these faculties, powers, enlightenment factors, and path factors themselves become the practice of meditation for achieving the liberation of the mind through loving-kindness.
