In-School Days

In-school days will be, through mutual discussion, tailored to your needs and the context of your school, teachers and students. The following is a list of services that I can offer and this list is certainly not exhaustive.

• Preparation for inspections and inspection myth busting!

• Methods of quality assurance when your teachers are non-specialists

• Book looks and lesson walkthroughs

• Instructional coaching (I am one of only ~300 global Steplab Fellows having completed the highly esteemed Steplab Certificate in Coaching Leadership)

• Equipment and apparatus auditing, demonstrations and explanations of use

• Upskilling your technicians so they can provide the best support for your teachers

Payment terms

Termly/annual packages and bulk buys are invoiced upfront for the agreed period and non refundable*.

Curriculum projects and CPD days are normally 50% on booking (non refundable deposit), 50% on completion, with payment due within 30 days of invoice.

1:1 tutoring and coaching sessions are payable in advance.

I am not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on fees. If this changes in future, all prices will be clearly marked ex VAT and inc VAT.

*sessions may be rescheduled if necessary, if there are extenuating circumstances on either side. If I am unable to provide the service promised and a reschedule is not possible, you will be refunded the cost of the number of sessions missed at the rate matching the package originally booked.

*Please note that I live and work in Pembrokeshire and whilst I am happy to travel any distance for face-to-face visits but journeys of more than 100 miles will require an overnight stay at additional cost to the school - this will usually be a budget hotel such as travelodge, ibis or Days etc... Mileage is charged at the standard rate of 45p per mile.
