Information

The preschool program is open to children aged 2 1/2 to 5 years of age as of September 1, 2019. Children must be potty-trained. The program meets daily, Monday-Thursday for either half day or full day.

Children will:

-Be invited into play through beautiful and interesting provocations

-Engage in inquiry based projects designed according to student interest

-Gather together in a large group for music, movement, read-aloud, games and gross motor activities

-Participate in literacy and math small group activities aligned with the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards

-Engage in sensory stimulating activities

-Play outdoors on our playground and work in our school garden

-Participate in STEAM activities through conducting science experiments, block building, art opportunities, and counting games

-Explore storytelling and writing during Story Workshop
