Improvements to the safety meaures concerning Level Crossings in North Somerset are implemented as soon as possible.

Plans and meetings for footbridges and underpasses start so they can also be implemented in the coming future.
TO BE IMPLEMENTED: 2024 - 2029
If outcome 1 and outcome 2 both failed, we looked to implement outcome 3.

This is the endpoint, if we can't seek to get better safety measures implemented, the crossings will have to be terminated. We understand and share everyone's thoughts that we really don't want this, but this is what will have to happen if we are left no other option. Your safety always comes first.
