Background: A couple years ago, I made these sprites just for a simple little thing I wanted to make real quick. It wasn't meant to turn into anything of substance, just wanted to see if I could make something like that. The Ash top-down sprites I made way after this turned out better though. They're less smooth but I like them more (could be bias though because they're Ash and these ones are just some random nameless bland character I put no effort into).
