Real talk time: Drawing has become very therapeutic for me, it's become all I do now. I just want to say that I truly appreciate the support, I know I wouldn't be motivated to draw this much without it. Thank you. :)

Thoughts:
I do like this image, but I much prefer drawings of Mintimus that have a goofy tone. This is an actual image of me, by the way. I thought it was a fun idea to draw my OC's head over mine. The hair is drawn really well here though.

I spontaneously wanted to draw an old OC of mine so I redesigned her a bit. Her name is Note. I need to come up with a proper outfit, I may just steal one from an even older OC that's been retired...

oof, i finally weighed myself for the first time in forever and i lost like 40 pounds. now sitting at 82 wondering if i should start eating something other than noodles (im 5'10)
Thoughts:
I think my weight loss was because I got so addicted to drawing that I just did that all the time. I put it before eating and sleeping so I would just skip meals and stay up late to draw (before going to work a full shift). I've always been underweight my entire life as well, which didn't help. Don't worry though, I've since gained a lot of weight back. This drawing is funny though.

Busy day, so no big drawing. I'm trying to make a unique outfit for Note (I always struggle with the pants). Apologies if I start to draw her occasionally now, I really like her design.

Man, I love Note. I should draw more of her. I think I don't because I'm sort of expected to draw Pokémon, which is also why I don't draw things from other series very often. She makes me happy though.

I do love the vibe of the Poolrooms, it's all so calming. Me and my friends have this big Backrooms recreation with our own custom areas and such and I've been working hard on the Poolrooms. It's my favorite section. Just wanted to share that :)

We lost, Ash's support was not enough... at least she looks cute in the outfit.
I wish I could do more art for the Splatfests, I feel like that's the only way I can really meld the Splatoon art I can't do as I can't draw Inklings and the Pokémon art I love doing.

I originally drew my own background for this (it took all day to do) but it was so horrible that I just said fuck it and took a picture last minute. It looks fine enough.
Thoughts:
I struggled so hard with this drawing that I was about to scrap it. It would have been so much wasted time though and I thought that Ash came out really nice so I just took a picture of my actual desk and used that. It's for the best though as it got me to actually clean my desk, and it's still clean to this day (it was super dirty before). Also that's my actual Minecraft base.

I know I should. Sometimes it's a lack of ideas, but sometimes it's a lack of being able to execute said ideas. Like I have several things I want to do and I feel like I can do them but I guess I'm just... unable? I try and try but sometimes it just doesn't mash together. Sunk cost fallacy I guess kicks in and I feel like I can't start over after all the time I've put into it, but it would probably be best. Suppose I'm at a loss of what exactly to do. I find it hard to focus on things, I think that's were my problems lie at heart. I need to fix that.

Trying to sort of redraw some old art, comparing the two pieces helps me realize how much I've grown (I usually feel like I'm not).
Also very happy to see the cherry blossom trees come to Minecraft, that was one of my biggest wants!

Ahhh I love this drawing so much. The cherry blossoms were hard to draw, but I think they turned out really good. First time. This is technically supposed to be a redraw of that first ever Ember art.

I hosted an art raffle to celebrate hitting 1k followers. I picked three winners to get shaded icons, and here are the final products. I'm quite proud of them. The people who won also used them as their profile pictures, which made me really happy. I felt like I actually did a good job on them. As of the time of writing this, they're still using them too (which makes me even more proud).
