Trissa Williams is a licensed Clinical master social worker in Round Rock ISD Behavioral Health Department.
Trissa earned her bachelor's in Sociology from the Texas A&M University and master's in social work from The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work.
Trissa is dedicated to advancing mental health education, with a focus on improving access to resources within communities. Trissa has worked for Children Protective Services while in graduate school. Her previous work experience includes HOPE Alliance and Children's Advocacy Center where she served as the Children's Team Lead and Therapist. She has also worked in the Emergency Department and Texas Oncology providing medical Social Work. She has been in RRISD for 18 years. She believes in using strengths-based, trauma-sensitive and compassionate approaches to serve the needs of students and families.
