Expressive arts sessions invite you to explore your inner world through movement, visual art, writing, sound, and storytelling. The focus is not on artistic skill but on the healing that emerges when creativity flows freely. These sessions can support stress relief, self-discovery, and renewed presence.
Grounded in trauma-informed, nature-based, and client-centered practices, this work unfolds in a way that feels comfortable and natural for you. Together, we follow the guidance of imagination, body, and intuition, allowing meaningful shifts to emerge organically.
Sound offers a pathway to deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional release. In these sessions, you’re invited into an immersive listening experience where vibration and tone support inner balance.
Using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and other instruments, I create soundscapes adapted to your preferences—whether through guided meditation, gentle vibration work, or group sound experiences.
The natural world holds an inherent capacity to replenish energy and remind us of our interconnectedness. These experiences center the relationship between people and place, offering opportunities for reflection, movement, and creativity outdoors.
Sessions may include mindfulness practices, sensory awareness, expressive arts, or sound-based modalities, guided by the setting, season, and what feels most aligned for you. This work honors the cycles of nature and the ways the land can mirror our inner processes. Whether seeking stillness, release, or inspiration, these experiences invite a deeper relationship with the more-than-human world.
Group offerings create opportunities for creativity, learning, and shared growth. Designed to foster community while honoring individual expression, they provide space for reflection and curiosity in a collective setting.
Workshops may integrate expressive arts, therapeutic sound, somatic practices, nature-based experiences, and intentional dialogue. Each gathering is shaped by the group’s focus and interests, with flexibility in format. I’ve facilitated for children, teens, adults, and intergenerational groups, with sessions held outdoors, in community spaces, or virtually.
Guided by inclusive and strengths-based approaches that center accessibility and well-being, I also welcome collaborations with organizations, educators, and fellow facilitators.
