I have been totally blown away by the results of following Jess’s nutrition plan which she adapted to my likes and dislikes. Not only have I lost the fat I wanted to lose without stepping foot in a gym, but I have also got more energy and I feel much healthier overall. I went from never exercising almost everyday. I am eating more food than I did before I started with WW and also see the importance of what to consume. One of the great things about Jess is her knowledge she imparts along the way and the support and ideas from the group that she maintains. I now not only feel more empowered to be able to make the right choices food wise but also finally encouraged to exercise.

Joining Jessica’s challenge was the best decision I made. I was amazed how easy it was to follow and how much progress I made in such a short time. I’ve tried so many diets in the past that just didn’t work, but this did!!! I thought I would be hungry but I wasn’t!!! It instantly taught me that I was eating out of habit or boredom, not because I was actually hungry. My only regret is that I didn’t start this journey earlier. Jessica has created an easy shopping list and plan for meals. In her group we share easy recipes and helpful low calorie/ sugar finds. She inspires you to work out and supports with encouragement and gentle words. She also tells you what you need to do to be better and more successful with your health and weight loss. Working with Jess was such an amazing experience ! She gave me all the tools I needed to live a healthier life style. With her work out plan and meal plan it just made everything much easier for a working mom to plan out her week. To start I am lucky to have come across Jessica and her story. Jessica is amazing and continues to be during each process! Extremely helpful, educational, and motivational. Each challenge is different and the plans are well detailed, which makes the process extremely easy, you just have to put the work in. Jess makes herself available and works the challenges with you. The accountability group that is part of these challenges give amazing insight, motivation and support, having this group really helps push through the day and even more on your rough days. I’m normally on the go and never have anything prepared .. which makes it harder to eat healthy due to always picking on whatever is around... with Jessica’s plan- it forced me to plan ahead and meal prep so everything was ready as I needed. I've been doing the JVHABIT since September with coach Jess. After 1 week of sticking to her meal plan , my bloated look started to fade right away. She holds an accountability group with all of her women who are sticking to their meal plans . We share meal ideas , check-in with one another, and share our daily meals all while Jessica motivates us and keeps us moving toward our goals. Jessica goes above and beyond to make sure all of her clients are staying on track and provides us with meal ideas. She give us the motivation to continue by reminding of us of our goal and providing motivational videos in the accountability chat.
It is now January and I have lost a total of 14 pounds with the jvhabit meal plan and went down 2 dress sizes. Jess reminds us on a daily basis it's hard work but we are worth it. Since I've been doing the jvhabit my clothes fit better but most importantly I'm confident with the healthy choices Jessica provides us in her meal plan. She's the best!

I started following Jess’s program in August after packing on some pounds with menopause. I followed the first 28 days to a T...and after two weeks I could feel a change in my body...I was ready emotionally and mentally to do what is best for me. The truth is that I am a plus size girl and I didn’t know Jess til I signed up for my first challenge. I saw a friend post her challenge in her Instagram story and I was drawn to it. I wanted to be myself again after three rounds of IVF and two healthy babies. I looked through her Instagram profile and I signed up. I am so happy that I did. In 3 weeks I lost 18lbs! I’ve tried other diets for years and nothing works or sticks, I gain it back. The most helpful part is Jess’s support, her recipes, her knowledge , her workouts and of course the motivation from the team of girls in the accountability group. It helps motivate me and keep me on track even when I’m not having the best day ever.
