During the Pandemic in March 2020, Jessica found herself in an unfamiliar position like so many others. Working from home, parenting and homeschooling two young toddlers, juggling household chores and drowning from the endless list of responsibilities that come with being an adult. She like so many other women, put herself last and everyone else first. Somewhere between the ordering out every other night and the daily glasses of wine, she had put on the "Quarantine-fifteen" and felt completely defeated by everything that was happening around her. After years of weight fluctuation and two kids she decided to research, study, and learn how to lose weight naturally. Frustrated with Keto, Counting points on Weight Watchers, doing endless cardio, she discovered Macros and whole foods that have helped her shed 40 pounds, while developing a lean muscle composition. As an educator for the NYC Department of Education “Teaching” is her talent. She wanted to do what she does best “Teach” other women what she learned. Weight training opened her eyes to how feminine, strong and confident one can truly feel. After nearly years of trial and error, and continuous learning, Jessica uses her social media platforms on Facebook & Instagram to educate and inspire women to get past their fear of weight training and back-to-basic eating principles proven to help sculpt a lean and strong physique.
