@ We are being bombarded by lots of information that is designed to stick in our brain and influence our behavior and actions. That's why each of us needs to judge the information we are consuming:
Do we trust that information and allow it to stick in our brain, or should we just press the flush button?
Who is saying what to me?
For what Reasons?
For what Gain?
Through what Channel?
and with what Evidence?

For each of tests, we can make 3 quick decisions, what we call our traffic light of judgment.
Red: Distrust
Yellow: Uncertain
Green: Trust
Yes, you might memorize that tool right now, but getting around to applying it is quite another matter.
