Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
Payment & Deposits
Valid photo ID
A refundable deposit is required for all stays and will be returned upon check-out, pending room inspection. Must be paid by credit or debit card; no cash deposits accepted.
Weekly stays and extended stays must be paid in full at check-in.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
A $5 per pet, per day fee applies
2 pets per room and must be under 75lbs
All pets must be kept on a leash while on hotel property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets.
Smoking Policy
The Grand Hotel Spindletop offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms for guest convenience. Please ensure you reserve the appropriate room type at the time of booking.
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited in designated non-smoking rooms.
Any guest found smoking or with evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room will automatically forfeit their room deposit and may be charged additional cleaning or damage fees if necessary.
Marijuana is forbidden on the property; if caught smoking it, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to book a smoking room or use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Housekeeping
Complimentary housekeeping is offered weekly for long-term stays or upon request for daily stays.
Visitors & Guests
Unregistered guests may result in additional charges or termination of stay.
Damages & Conduct
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
The Grand Hotel Spindletop reserves the right to charge for excessive cleaning, damages, or disturbances.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct or violation of hotel policies.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
