Weddings, Funerals, Re-passes, Parties, Proms, Quinceañera, and Corporate Events — Anything is possible with one of our many event spaces.
Each rental includes standard tables and chairs at no additional cost, featuring 72-inch round tables, 8-foot, and 6-foot rectangular tables.
We recommend guests bring their own tablecloths and chair covers to match their event décor.
Outside catering is welcome. All food and beverages must be fully prepared off-site, and no glass containers are allowed inside or outside the event rooms to maintain a safe environment.
We offer two rate options for every room: an all-day rate and a 10-hour rate.
Room access is available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Set up, decorating, and event time must be completed within your reserved timeframe. All event guests must be out by 1:00 AM. We allow until 2:30 AM for clean-up. Additional time may be purchased if needed.
Extra amenities such as food warmers, stage risers, and a podium are available for an additional fee upon request.
The Red Oak Room offers a refined atmosphere with marble flooring, beautiful chandeliers, and a built-in counter ideal for serving coffee or light refreshments. This intimate space accommodates up to 30 guests and is perfect for small meetings, luncheons, or private gatherings.
For larger events, the Red Oak Room can be combined with the Lone Star Room — or even the Lone Star and Bluebonnet Rooms together — to create an open layout that comfortably hosts up to 230 guests. Please call for rates and availability.
Our Lone Star Room comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests. This space can also be combined with our Bluebonnet Room for additional capacity. Please call for combined room rates and availability.
The Bluebonnet Room offers a welcoming setting for smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 100 guests for meetings or celebrations. It can be reserved on its own or combined with the Lone Star Room to create a larger event space. Contact us for details and special rates.
When combined, the Lone Star and Bluebonnet Rooms create a versatile event space ideal for banquets, meetings, and receptions of up to 200 guests. Together, these adjoining rooms offer flexible layouts that can be customized for both business and social gatherings.

Our largest and most impressive space, the Grand Royal Ballroom, can host up to 400 guests banquet-style or 800 guests theater-style. Adorned with 6 elegant chandeliers and a grand atmosphere, it’s the perfect venue for weddings, conferences, and large celebrations. It has enough space for a dance floor and a DJ.
