Well, for me it was simple. I think I would be able to do a lot for The Global Elite, this is for many reasons, but mostly because I am very active and have the time to govern, I also love talking to people and encouraging people to participate in fun activities, such as the regional RP; and I try to be a very honest and kind person, I think a person such as me could be good for the region, and could help it to become a truly amazing place.

I have (for quite some while now) served the region as Minister of Interior affairs. Throughout this time I have taken many self initiatives, as well as helping out former GSL (Imperial Catorianis) with many more. Such as; the regional power rankings, which in the next few days I hope to update; many censuses for the people of the region to get a better idea of what they want, ect... Also I love to listen to other people and take in their opinions, i firmly believe that many people working on a project is better than a single worker, and actively encourage inter-nation participation.

I have also been an important participent in multiple regional RPs, such as the Zenith Crisis and the Axis RP. In both I encouraged over a dozen nations to join and also began the regional RP map voluntarily, which has now surpassed the old regional map as the main one for the region. (At least it is the map on which most nations apply to be on)

My greatest strength would be my will to listen to the people of the region and the respect of each of their opinions. 

I think that listen to people is important, and I strive to do so every day, even now, when I am not prime minister, I always ask the opinions of others and take them into account. I think that more inter-nation cooperation would make the Global Elite a better place.

Well, already I think some people are worried that I have some underlying ambitions. I know I already addressed these in a post, but i'm not sure if that was enough. I hope that if I become PM people will simply realise that I genuinely love and respect the Global Elite, and that i'm not a petty enough person to "launch a coup" or "force us to become sister nations with GK".

I would never do those things, and if elected would genuinely [continue] to try and be as honest, transparent, and kind as possible.

That would depend on what the majority of people would want. If I was Prime Minister my main concern would be to make as many people enjoy the region as much as possible, and also to build trust between the wider populace and the government, as in the recent census around 1/4 of nations that answered it stated some negative things about the government such as "some [government officials] are misusing power" ect...

I would hope to address their concerns and make the region a happier community!

However there would be some specific things I would at least attempt to introduce. 

Firstly I think that the region is like a lot of others in that there is only a small percentage of the nations that actually participate in regional activities, there are currently (for example) only just over a dozen nations that are going to join the upcoming RP. This is only around 1/10 of the region, and in addition even though that many have joined only around half of them will (probably) actually be active and participate.

I think we simply need to make the region more appealing to all, and encourage more nation activity, we could do this by hosting weekly events (possibly just small "parties") or something on the RMB, where particpating nations could play small RPs and have fun conversations, this would get nations up for the week, and they would hopefully further join in with larger activites.

I would do my best to work with everybody in the Global Elite, and not just the other officers, as I have stated many times now I belive that a group of people will always perform better than a singular nation, and I think the govornence of the Global Elite should be more spread between all than consolidated in the hands of a few officers. 

I think encouraging and informing all nations how to propose legislations and bills would tailor the region to what everybody wants, because until now it has only really been regional officers and people already in important positions that have made changes, I think that a lot more could be done a lot faster if we all worked together!

A kind and honest one, I would also hope to encourage government transpericy and would encourage other officers to appear not as overwhelming powers but as friends of the people. 

I see the Global Elite as a far happier and cooperative place, where all nations are happy with the state of affairs and where we have all worked together to form a wonderous region where the voice and rights of every nation are respected equally.

I also hope to see a thriving RP community, with a large RP and weekly or bi-weekly smaller events happening a lot!

Yes, I think that all nations should be well informed, and that in the long run it will help the region in general, I think that it is important all nations know what they want and they know what the region wants and how everything works. 

That way we will all be able to work together and improve the entire region!!!

Firstly, I dont remember saying that, and If I did it was probobly meant as sarcasm or spoken In an RP sense, if I can get the specific example I will be able to better respond, but without It I will just respond generally.

I try very hard to not have bias, however, everybody does have a certain degree of it. The thing is that you simply have to ignore it and step over it to better serve the region, this is what I have done so far, and this is what I will continue to do. 

For example myself and Comeca have polar oppisite world veiws IRL, but we have still been able to work together and have friendly conversations in-game, because we both recognise that NationStates should bring us together, not force us apart. So yes, I have bias, but so does everybody, however I do not let it command me, I am willing to ignore any disagreements I may have with anyone to better serve the region.
