A link to set up your personal client portal account will be emailed to you.
Complete all intake forms online and submit prior to appointment time to make more out of your appointment.
Receive reminder texts and emails of your appointment.
Can't make your appointment? No problem. You can easily reschedule by calling or signing into the client portal. The Fulton Center for Valued Living, LLC offers teletherapy through the client portal, as well.
Build rapport and trust with your therapist, create short- and long-term goals, and begin working towards a values-consistent life.
Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.
*The Fulton Center for Valued Living, LLC reserves the right to charge a $75 cancellation fee to reduce the rate of no-shows or late cancellations (later than 24 hours notice). This fee will be collected through the client portal.
