the physical form was now going to be anchored in a third dimensional field

held the instructions to create the physical form and they were held in a crystalline 12

strand what we call dna because the physical body in the 5d was on a high enough frequency where it

could hold a crystalline structure 3d human body cannot do that

we discovered that carbon which is much denser it's very physical

was a structure dense enough to hold the light codes

it's one of the simplest forms of matter in the 3d field

we also knew that carbon is malleable which means it can it can shift

and could alkalize into a lighter structure

as the human form increases its frequency

and the higher self is the one that is even with free will it's the higher self that's trying to keep you on that path

but are you choosing from ego which is going to be the one that disobeys or are you choosing from the state of

ego why because the ego has always been the one that's been leading us

and the ego sort of keeps us into this in this familiar comfortable state even though the ego is the one that is going

shifting into these higher versions of these new versions of you because the higher the ego doesn't understand what's happening

the ego only understands this very physical reality right now and the ego's role is to keep you safe
