Welcome to the 7th Biennial Conference of Asian Society for Hydrobiology (ASH2026), which will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from June 29 to July 2, 2026. The conference is organized by the National University of Mongolia in collaboration with national and international partner institutions.
ASH2026 will bring together scientists, researchers, and professionals working in hydrobiology and aquatic sciences to share knowledge, discuss emerging challenges, and strengthen scientific collaboration across Asia and beyond.
The theme of the conference, “Shared Waters, Shared Challenges: Climate Change Adaptation in Asia’s Aquatic Ecosystems” highlights the importance of protecting shared rivers, lakes, and wetlands that sustain biodiversity, water security, and human livelihoods. As climate change intensifies environmental pressures, regional cooperation and ecosystem-based solutions are essential for ensuring resilient and sustainable aquatic ecosystems.
We warmly invite you to join ASH2026 to exchange ideas, present research, and build new collaborations with experts from around the world.
