 Our goal is to Enable, Empower and Equip all of it's participants and members of the local community whilst sharing our culture, and knowledge systems to forge strong relationships with the broader community and services through sport, programs, mentoring and business.

ENABLE 

The Boss Boxing TBB provides a culturally safe and inclusive environment that is accessible to people of all race, creed, gender, age, abilities and diverse populations. We are passionate about celebrating First Nation cultures and enabling the next generation to draw closer through the transaction of cultures via sports, programs and mentoring.

EMPOWER

The Boss Boxing TBB utilizes the expertise of its staff and volunteers having backgrounds in the social services /community sector, lived experience and qualifications to offer mentoring whilst walking alongside participants during their fitness/sporting goals and aspirations. The Boss Boxing staff aim to role model positive patterns of behavior for future generations.

EQUIP

Former Australian Institute of Sport Scholarship holder and Australian Indigenous Boxing Champion Head Coach Sammy Leone utilises his 17+year boxing experience to train/mentor high level Amateur-Professional Boxers and community people to create positive pathways into sport, work and be functioning members of the community. The programs and mentoring offered by Sammy and TBB skilled volunteers attribute to building structure, routine, positive fitness healthy lifestyle outcomes for it's participants. 

The Boss Boxing TBB aims to work toward crime reduction, suicide prevention, positive mental health and well being outcomes for the most marginalized groups and the broader community.
