The Bioptic Review is edited by L. Rose, but aims to practice a democratic exchange of ideas, in which all of the contributors are considered equally valuable, and in which all of their voices can be heard. Gender parity, as well as an exchange between the anglophone, francophone, and hispanophone, is held as an editorial ideal to aspire to.
