Password recovery: Browser interface
Password recovery: Mobile app's
Password recovery is now possible via EnglishCentral (EC) mobile app's–as long as you also have mobile access to your PUK email accounts (2021.01.17).
Please start by reviewing the Browser interface tutorial (above). Next, preview the two EC app. screen images (below). Then ...:
Check for EC app. updates where you get your app's (at the App Store or Google Play);
Install the latest available EC app. update (iOS ver., 2021.01.10);
Logout if necessary and login again;
Enter _your PUK email address_;
Open the "Forgot your password" link;
Follow in-the-app. instructions from there;
Check your PUK email for a password recovery message;
Follow the link from that email message, and
Change your password to a new one that you can remember.
Reminder: You need access to your PUK email accounts in order to get password recovery messages from EnglishCentral (EC).
1. EC app. top-level screen
Tap the "Login" link, not any of the other options.
2. EC app. login screen
Enter your PUK address, then tap the "Forgot..." link.
