Job Brief

Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Present comprehensive, engaging lessons tailored to the curriculum. Actively integrate visual and audio aids to facilitate multi-sensory learning.
Differentiated Learning: Provide individualized instruction and support, ensuring that students of all learning styles and abilities can accomplish academic benchmarks.
Classroom Management: Maintain a tidy, orderly, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Establish and enforce clear rules of behavioral conduct to maximize engagement.
Assessment & Feedback: Create, distribute, and grade educational content, including detailed notes, summaries, quizzes, essays, and exams. Track and record student progress to deliver constructive feedback.
Holistic Development: Plan and execute dynamic in-class projects as well as outdoor educational and recreational activities.
Collaboration: Actively engage and collaborate with fellow teachers, school leadership, and parents during regular parent-teacher conferences to optimize student growth.
Student Safeguarding: Attentively observe student behavior and psychological well-being; promptly report any indicators of neglect or abuse to appropriate channels.
Professional Growth: Continually enrich your teaching methodology by participating in professional seminars, school committees, and conferences.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven, verifiable experience working as a classroom teacher or educator.
Pedagogical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of teaching best practices, formative childhood development, and educational guidelines, paired with a strict commitment to the school’s moral guidelines and policies.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and connect with young learners.
Personal Attributes: Creative, highly energetic, exceptionally organized, disciplined, and driven by strong moral values.
Certifications: Knowledge of First Aid / CPR is highly preferred.
Academic Fit: Willingness to contribute to school sub-committees (e.g., Discipline, Literary, Examination) and support the school's House system during extra-curricular events.
