The Shire of Baile na Scolairi invites one and all to The Awakening - Juice and Cookies.
Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Mt. Hope Funks Grove Park District, 107 N. West St, Mclean, IL. Site opens at 9 am (8:30 am for merchants) and closes at 5:00 pm. Site is Bone Dry and smoking is prohibited in the building. Site is handicap accessible.
There will be NO FEAST. In place of the evening feast, a FREE dayboard from noon until 2:00 pm will be provided. We invite the cooks of The Midlands to once again share their culinary skills and test their medieval recipes on the grateful populace. Electricity, heating, and refrigeration is limited, so we encourage dishes that can be served at room temperature. Extra points for medieval recipes, but modern treats are also most welcome.
