The American Inferno

A Red Dead Redemption Story

Red Dead Redemption is a game franchise that has produced two of the most popular video games of the 2010s. The series centers on the Wild West around the turn of the twentieth century, seen primarily through the eyes of John Marston, a former outlaw, and Arthur Morgan, a member of the notorious Van der Linde gang. Within the games, 5 major regions are open to explore. These regions are Ambarino, Lemoyne, New Austin, New Hanover, and West Elizabeth. The games are famed for their open world exploration where players make decisions that significantly impact the game. In The American Inferno: A Red Dead Redemption Story, guests are placed into the locations of Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2 in a theme park experience.

The original Red Dead Redemption takes place in 1911, and the protagonist is John Marston. Its prequel, Red Dead Redemption 2, takes place in 1899 with Arthur Morgan as the protagonist.

The American Inferno thrusts you into the center of the bustling Wild West during the week of July 4th, 1890, nine years before the events of Red Dead Redemption 2. Here, guests are encouraged to blaze their own trail and create their own story in this mostly untamed frontier.

Through use of visual storytelling and live actors, the world of Red Dead Redemption is brought to life and expanded upon in incredibly unique ways. Visit all of the attractions, meet the citizens of every town you find yourself riding through and see what each state has to offer, or make it a point to stay off the beaten path and see what secrets lay hidden deep within the wilderness. The choice truly is yours to make.
