We will post them as soon as we get them from Squad Captains during Legs 1 and 2 (deadline April 30)
A good squad photo or collage has these elements:
all 3-4 members of the squad in one uncomplicated image
a cute squad name. Alliterated. See leaderboard for examples.
a unifying color theme (neon yellow, bright green, orange, yellow, black, red...). "We're beating the orange team!"
a unifying trademark object to distinguish your team on race day preferably an itema of clothing that you will wear on May 9 e.g., all wearing same colored headband? bandana? Carrying a hammer?)
Feel free to keep it simple and just send some headshots in an email and Maggie will put a collage together.
Notice the COLOR with which the squad is associated and their very cool alliterated NAMES! Start to suss out the competition!

Captains are asked do your best to create stable, committed Squads of 4 (easily tracked by Organizers) while also being a welcomer to people seeking Squads to join.
Meet more Cornellians by inviting Joiners to join your squad if your Squad falls below 4 members during Legs 1 -3 and also at Legs 5 and #! Squad Captains may draw from the Joiner Pool only up to a maximum declared arbitrarily and unpredictably by Organizers who are trying to track all of this.
