What are key dates?

Individuals, by contrast, get till April 30 to register and they will be placed into the Joiner/Substitute Pool until they are matched to a Captain.
All begin the race in March and April and start moving ahead in the pack with Legs 1 and 2 described here.
Plan your schedule for May 9 to accomplish Leg 3!
Watch for the chance to buy a navy baseball cap with our logo on it.
Who can participate? Cornell Club Active Dues-paying Members who become Squad Captains may invite non-Cornell Club members such as spouses, kiddos, significant others, and new friends they meet at CCW events. But Squad Captains must be CCW members, please.
Squads are initially formed by a Squad Captain with 3-4 members in mind, but can add more that we pull from the Joiner/ Substitute Pool on Race Day, May 9, or beforehand if needed. RACE Organizers are keeping a list of registered "individuals" wishing to join the team of a Squad Captain, so inquire at the following e-mail address if it helps round out your Squad:

Attending helps Squad Captains track their obligations listed for Legs 1, 2 and 3. Attending an interest meeting is optional for other members of your squad, but it can be useful and fun to attend. So, send them the link to this page with the Zoom links, and encourage them to register.
Squad Captains must be members of the Cornell Club, please, order to facilitate communication. If you register as an "individual" who does not yet have a squad captain, you should attend an interest meeting whereby we can match you to a Squad Captain.
