The Yoga Nook is a woman-owned small business passionate about the many benefits of yoga. Our studio is a welcoming environment.  Classes are designed for all levels, beginners are welcome! Since opening in the beginning of 2024, over 130 yogis have practiced in our space. We value our yoga community and welcome new members. Join us and enjoy your first class free!
